DescriptionJob Title: Office Assistant / Administrative SupportJob Type: Full-Time, Non-ExemptPay: Starting hourly wage at $19.79, paid weekly and great benefitsPosition SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide hands-on administrative and operational support to our office staff and field superintendents. This role requires strong multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed, including maintaining a clean and organized office environment.Benefits:Company-Sponsored Retirement PlanHealth Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision)Employee Assistance ProgramLife, Long-Term, and Short-Term Disability InsuranceEssential Functions & Responsibilities:Perform accurate and timely data entry, document tracking, and information distributionProvide direct administrative support to superintendents, including tracking paperwork, assisting with reports, and coordinating project-related informationManage and respond to email correspondence, ensuring follow-up and proper routingAssist management with special projects as assignedDirect inquiries to appropriate staff members and assist with resolving issues or complaints professionallyMaintain and organize hard-copy and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and complianceEffectively respond to multiple requests from internal staff and external partners in a fast-paced environmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas, including light cleaning dutiesDemonstrate flexibility by performing general office duties and other tasks as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderProficient in Microsoft Excel (required), Outlook, and WordStrong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritizeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and maintain a team-oriented attitudeStrong work ethic with the ability to maintain proper work habits and professionalismWillingness and ability to learn new computer systems for tracking, invoicing, and project supportEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or GED equivalent2 years of experience in the industry preferred but not requiredBenefitsWe offer a competitive range of benefits to support our employees’ health, well-being, and financial security.
