We value professionalism, communication, consistency, and helping both our guests and team feel cared for.Role DescriptionWe’re hiring a Salon Reception & Sales Manager to help support the flow of the salon and guest experience.This is not a traditional front desk position. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, confident with people, and comfortable managing communication, scheduling, and daily salon flow in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities include:• Managing appointment scheduling and guest communication• Supporting guests from check in through checkout• Assisting with rebooking and retail conversations• Helping maintain smooth daily salon operations• Supporting stylists and team communication• Using salon systems like Phorest, Mac computers, and Google SheetsQualifications• Strong customer service and communication skills• Organized and detail oriented• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment• Hospitality, salon, retail, or scheduling experience preferred• Someone who takes initiative and follows through wellPosition Details• Approximately 32 + hours per week• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday• On site position in Cornelius, NC• $20/hour plus quarterly performance based bonuses
