Job Title: Sr. HR Business PartnerLocation: Beverly Hills, CA | OnsiteEmployment Type: Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Domestic travel 2 weeks per month is requiredCompensation: $160,000 - $180,000 AnnuallyJob Summary:The Sr. HR Business Partner serves as a senior HR partner across multiple operating companies, with responsibility for supporting employee success, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration. Acting as a key advisor to the Chief People Officer, this role leverages organizational insight and hands-on execution to help align people, structure, and culture in support of business performance and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization and develop a thorough understanding of each operating company's business, culture, and operational needsAct as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying and addressing risks related to employee engagement, performance, burnout, retention, and workforce effectivenessPartner with leaders to address employee challenges and escalate systemic issues with clear recommendationsLead organizational structure design, maintain job descriptions, and oversee organizational charts across all business entitiesEnsure clear definition and alignment of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority across the organizationIdentify organizational gaps, operational inefficiencies, and workforce needs, and recommend and implement solutions to improve effectivenessDiagnose and improve breakdowns in communication, decision-making, and team interactionsPartner with leaders to strengthen ways of working and drive alignment across functionsOversee internal communication strategies to ensure clarity from leadership to employeesProvide guidance and coaching to leaders on team effectiveness, performance management, and organizational change initiativesOwn leadership development strategy, including training, coaching, and capability buildingProvide regular updates and insights to the Chief People Officer on organizational health, workforce trends, and potential business risksDeliver monthly reporting on organizational changes, workforce trends, and key risksPrepare executive and board-level materials as neededSupport operating companies through regular on-site engagement, requiring approximately 50% travel to locations across Arizona, Nevada, and KentuckyQualificationsRequired:8–12+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience in HR Business Partner, Organizational Effectiveness, or related strategic HR rolesStrong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching and support, and navigating complex organizational structuresProven ability to build trust and influence at all levelsDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential mattersExperience utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support HR operations, reporting, and workforce management
