We are looking for an exceptional PTA to join our ground-floor team. Tell us your availability; we match the visits.Direct Access: Work directly with the PT and Director of Nursing, not layers of management.Transparent Pay: Published per-visit rates ($55$65) plus travel reimbursement.Clinical Integrity: Solid infrastructure with a small-team, "ground floor" feel.What You'll Be DoingDeliver skilled physical therapy interventions in the patient's home as delegated by and under the supervision of the supervising Physical Therapist and plan of careAssist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independenceComplete visit documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare, ACHC, and agency policiesCommunicate patient progress, changes in status, and any clinical concerns to the supervising PT promptlyParticipate in care coordination with the clinical team and patient's physician as neededWhat We're Looking ForActive Massachusetts PTA license in good standingGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program1+ year of home health or outpatient/rehab experience preferred; strong new grads consideredCPR/BLS certification (Healthcare Provider level)Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insuranceAvailable for at least 24 visits per week (flexible on timing)Compensation: $55.00 - $65.00 per hourBe Part Of A Growing Industry That Changes LivesInspired by nurses, Boost Home Healthcare makes it easier for patients to focus on recovery and wellness by personalizing and coordinating care.
