At Trustible, you’ll help organizations adopt AI safely and at scale while doing work that is necessary, action-oriented, and foundational to the future of AI.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will help build the Trustible AI Governance Platform and associated capabilities. You will help build web applications features, including database models, API endpoints, and front-end components to help visualize complex AI Governance concepts. You will support backend data collection capabilities, including building fleets of agents autonomously scraping information about AI models from the web. You will help build flexible internal architecture for scaling product features and platform infrastructure.Job ExpectationsDesign, build, and ship full-stack features across a Django/Python backend and React frontend, from database models and REST APIs to the UI components that surface themTake technical ownership of features end-to-end: scoping, implementation, code review, and iteration based on product and customer feedbackContribute to backend infrastructure for data collection pipelines, including agent-based systems that gather and process information about AI models at scaleWrite clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code review to maintain quality across a small, fast-moving engineering teamCollaborate closely with the founding team to translate product requirements into technical designs and working softwareContribute to our agentic coding process and toolsetYour Background4–6 years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful time in full-stack rolesStrong proficiency in Python; hands-on experience with Django (models, views, serializers, ORM) is a plusSolid React experience, including component architecture, state management, and working with REST APIsComfortable with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and writing efficient queriesFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices (AWS, GCP, or similar)Experience working in or alongside early-stage startups is a plusAbout YouYou're comfortable with ambiguity and can make reasonable technical decisions without waiting for perfect requirementsYou care about code quality but don't let perfect be the enemy of shippedYou can context-switch between backend logic and frontend polish without losing the threadYou're curious about AI, not just as a tool you use but as a domain worth understandingYou want your work to matter.
