This is a part-time position. On-the-job training is provided, and relevant experience is valued. Responsibilities: - Assist chiropractors with patient intake, including documentation of health history - Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization - Provide support during chiropractic procedures, following instructions from the chiropractor - Educate patients on self care management strategies and - Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar - Handle administrative tasks: coordinate referrals, record keeping, insurance verification - Maintain inventory of supplies and retail items and place orders as needed - Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred - Familiar knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is valued - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and follow systems - Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping Apply now to help us elevate health and empower performance in our community!
