Insurance Risk Management Senior Consultant
A dynamic independent insurance and risk management firm is seeking individuals to join our team. The position is for a hybrid scenario in which you will be required to work in-person at least 2 days per week in one of our FHS Risk Management offices located in NYC, Atlanta, Washington DC, or Los Angeles. We seek experienced Account Manager or Risk Management Consultant type with commercial insurance background. The ideal candidate will have enough insurance expertise to hit the ground running, while working alongside our senior risk consultants and principals on the day-to-day client service of large and complex real estate, construction and hospitality accounts. Responsibilities include daily account management of a commercial lines book of business which includes but is not limited to: insurance reviews within contracts (leases and loan docs), manage and facilitate Certificate of Insurance requests from brokers, procure loss runs, analyze quotes and binders, educate clients on the state of the market, facilitate the preparation of schedules of insurance, prepare premium allocations utilizing a rate matrix, follow-up on requests to clients and brokers, create and maintain open items list, facilitate marketing renewals, update client statement of values and exposures and perform additional projects, as needed.
Four plus years of commercial insurance experience
Four-year college degree
Professional certification (CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus
Property & Casualty Insurance License
Excellent customer service, organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
Commercial Lines experience in the fields of commercial real estate, hospitality, construction would be advantageous.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
