The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic vision, comprehensive leadership, and effective planning in all aspects of enrollment and admissions. This includes program development, budget oversight, data analysis, and institutional coordination to enhance the student enrollment experience. The role involves leading a team and working closely with various departments to ensure that enrollment strategies align with the institution's mission and values. The AVP will also be a key representative and advocate for the university's enrollment data and trends, both internally and externally. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President level should have a baccalaureate degree, with a strong preference for a master's degree, and at least 5 years of professional experience in admissions. For the Associate Vice President level, a baccalaureate degree is required, with a strong preference for a master's degree, and at least 10 years of professional experience in admissions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic enrollment management, a deep understanding of best practices, and a data-driven approach. Essential skills include the ability to evaluate research and data, communicate effectively, and influence a group to work towards a common goal.
