Substitute School Behavior Technician

Position: Substitute School-Based Behavior Technician As a Substitute Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to provide 1:1 support or classroom assistance at various grade levels, including: Elementary School Middle School High School Your schedule will depend on the needs of the district on a daily basis. What Ensemble Therapy Can Offer You: $23-$28 per hour (depending on experience) Medical health coverage Employer sponsored dental and vision Vacation and Paid sick time off 401K retirement Voluntary coverages Employee Assistance Program Flexible spending account Duties: Conduct services based upon IEP goals Collaborate and seek guidance from case supervisors or assigned BCBA to ensure best practice with implementation of services Implement behavior support plans as provided by your Case manager or BCBA Maintain accurate and timely records of client's performance via data collection and clinical notes. Provide parent education as directed by your Case manager or BCBA Engage in excellent communication skills with your Case manager or BCBA Assist with toileting procedures Champion the Company's culture and live the Company's core values while being an ambassador for Ensemble Therapy Have fun! We are looking for people who like to work hard, have a positive attitude and like having fun while they work Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children with Mild/Moderate and/or Moderate/Severe disabilities or related treatments or experience working with children with behaviors within a classroom setting.
