The role requires strong hands-on experience across front-end customization, back-end development, and structured team-based development practices:Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and data verse-based solutions.Build server-side components (plugins, integrations, APIs using C#/.NET)Implement client-side customizations (JavaScript, form scripting, PCF controls)Design and build data integrations (REST APIs, ETL, Dataflows)Manage solution lifecycle using Git-based source control and CI/CD processesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysisCollaborate in a multi-developer team environment with a shared codebaseProduce and maintain technical and deployment documentationRequired Skill7 years of Hands-on experience development with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform6 years of experience in Building Model-Driven Apps6 years of experience in Data verse (tables, relationships, security model)6 years of experience in C# plugin development or server-side extensions6 years of experience in JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps6 years of experience in Integration using REST APIs6 years of experience in Git in a team-based environment, including Feature branching, Pull Requests, Merge/Conflict resolution6 years of experience in Working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebasePreferred Skills2 Years of experience in Developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.2 Years of Experience with Power BI integration (reporting, embedding, data modeling)2 Years of Experience with Power Pages development and configuration2 Years of Experience with Power Platform Dataflows for ETL / data ingestion2 Years of Experience working in government or public sector environments (TEA preferred)2 Years of Experience in Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect
