Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a Technical Systems Integrator in Herndon, Virginia.Required Qualifications We are actively seeking Systems Integrators with a minimum of 6 years' experience. Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering. Specific skills may include the followingWork in an enterprise IT environment with specific tasks related to VoiceCollaborate with network engineering and other telecom engineers in integration activities involving telephony or call centerAssist in the design, testing, and deployment of new voice infrastructureSupport implementation of next-generation voice technologiesParticipate in the system security accreditation processProvide certificate management support for secure systemsAssist with system upgrades, patching, and configurationSupport new site voice system standupsSupport call center technology deployments, user training, and transition planningContribute to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platformsAttend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather and understand voice system requirementsMonitor compliance with established standards, policies, and proceduresGain hands-on experience with secure voice devices (e.g., VoIP phones, STEs, Viper) and infrastructure components (e.g., PBXs, encryption devices, call management servers)Learn to provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervisionLearn and support platforms such as Skype for Business, Avaya Communication Manager, and other enterprise call center technologiesDesired QualificationsLinuxSIP signaling and call flowsSecure Real-Time Transport ProtocolSIPTCP/IPH.323DNSDHCPRTPCertificationsMCSE certificationA+ certificationNetwork+ certificationCCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CCIE, HP, CCVP, CCDP, CATE, R&SCisco Voice certificationsJuniper certificationsThe expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is INSERT-THE-RANGE. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
