Manager, Digital Integration

As an integral part of the Digital Integration team within Disney Experiences, the Manager, Digital Integration serves as a strategic and executional leader responsible for managing core social platforms and guiding a team of social media strategists. In this role you will play a key role in shaping the storytelling and content strategy on @DisneyParks social channels including platform management and cross-functional partnership, supporting enterprise priorities through thoughtful planning, publishing, optimization, and reporting.The Manager, Digital Integration reports to the Senior Manager.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day strategy and execution for @DisneyParks social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads and YouTube.Translate business goals, campaigns, and editorial priorities into social-forward content that drives fan engagement, relevancy, and expands into new and emerging audiences.Partner closely with key stakeholders within Disney Experiences including Public Relations, Public Affairs, and Marketing teams to ensure social content reflects broader segment priorities, ingratiated communication plans, and maintains brand consistency.Guide content optimization for each platform, including copywriting support, tone-of-voice alignment, and SEO best practices.Partner with Synergy, Franchise, and Marketing teams to plan and execute social media amplification strategies that extend the reach and impact of key campaigns, initiatives, and stories.Proactively share platform best practices, cultural trends, audience sentiment and performance insights keeping teams informed of the evolving digital landscape and opportunistic content.Build, maintain, and evolve regular performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and presentations that clearly translate data into actionable insights, recommendations that influence content strategies to partners and executive leadership.Support a dynamic team as they manage day-to-day publishing, community engagement, reporting, and project execution.Foster a collaborative, optimistic, and accountability-driven team environment.Provide after-hours or weekend support when needed for priority events, campaigns, publishing moments.Basic Qualifications6+ years professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategyDemonstrated experience managing social media platforms in a fast-paced, high-visibility environmentPrior people management or team lead experienceStrong writing, communication, and presentation skillsExperience using social analytics and publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr) to measure performance, extract insights, and inform strategic decision-makingStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailKnowledgeable about current social media trends and best practices, with a focus on performance and ROIPreferred QualificationsStrategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, culture, and audience engagementProactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyCollaborative partner comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentOptimistic, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipAppreciation for and understanding of Disney brands and the Disney Experiences portfolioComfortable working outside of standard business hours as needed to support publishing and priority momentsEducationBachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent professional experienceAdditional InformationThis is an onsite role based in Glendale, California.Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
