We aim not only to be the leading provider of radon services but also to play an essential role and serve as their solutions partner for all their home safety needs.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect, repair, and install radon mitigation systemsPerform initial walk-through evaluations with the customerConduct diagnostics on airflow (pressure-filled extension tests), which may require drilling into concrete/slab foundationInstall mitigation materials; run pipes for ventilation, and install fansOccasional shallow digging and/or excavation of materials on-siteConduct post-installation testing and diagnostics of systemsRepresent the company in a professional and positive mannerProvide excellent customer service and satisfactionDemonstrate to customers how to use the equipmentRespond quickly to customer problems or issuesDocument job details following company policyEnsure job site areas are clean and free of any leftover debris before leaving the siteQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent (additional education preferred but not required)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationWilling to become a certified & licensed radon professionalExperience:1+ years of construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC experience, or building maintenance is a plusExperience in managing client relationships and addressing client concernsAbility to work within and meet established deadlinesMechanically inclinedStrong problem-solving skillsHighly organized and pays attention to detailWhat does it take to work at Axium Inspections?Competitive starting payA growing company that encourages leadership development and promotionKnowledgeable, encouraging, and present leadershipFamily-friendly culture with regular employee events/gatheringsInclusive and collaborative cultureBe supported by caring teammates who like to have fun!
