Senior Vice President Operations

We are a retained-only executive search firm conducting an SVP Operations role for Norican NA. Norican is an $570M industry-leading provider of machinery/service in metal parts formation and preparation. The company’s North American headquarters are in LaGrange, Georgia, ~1hr southwest of Atlanta. North American (NA) revenue is ~$150M.The Senior Vice President (SVP) Operations will report to and be the right-hand person to the President of Norican NA. The role will have high visibility with the organization and is tagged to be the President’s successor in the future. They will play a central role in the leadership team’s plan to profitably increase revenue to ~$300M in the next 5 years.The SVP will oversee day-to-day operations of the NA business, create lean best practices, help to set the 3yr strategic plan, and lead high-impact transformation projects. The ability to rebuild culture and trust, set priorities for the team, and rally them with a sense of urgency is critical for success in this role.The SVP will have 10+ years operations experience and ideally an MBA or strategic/financial mindset. They will demonstrate the ability to build/develop teams while incorporating a relatability factor and player coach mentality.
