PatchMaster, the Drywall Repair Specialists, a growing national company with local ownership in Northern Columbus is looking for motivated, experienced painting professionals to join the team. We specialize in small to medium sized drywall repair and installation jobs with additional texture and paint. Paint projects include interior ceilings and walls from small scale to whole homes. Strong candidates should be detail-oriented, efficient and have good communication skills. The entire process of the paint project falls within the painter’s responsibility, from preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching small holes. Hourly wage from $20-25 based on experience and qualifications. Potential bonus opportunities. Qualifications · 2-5 years of interior painting experience · Knowledge of different paints and their applications · Experience with common and specialty texture · Skilled with tools and equipment used in painting residential home walls and ceilings · Ability to self-manage and work independently · Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred · Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to communicate with clients · Ability to quote work · Computer and Technology savvy · Ability to work on feet for long periods of time · Ability to lift up to 75lbs · Motivated to grow and improve with the business · Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude · Reliable transportation Additional Notes Candidates are required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
