We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive Manager to lead and scale a team of quota-carrying AEs in a fast-paced, high-velocity SaaS environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in short sales cycles, drives consistent pipeline generation, and excels at coaching reps to exceed targets.What You’ll DoLead, manage, and coach a team of 3–4 Account Executives (pod structure)Drive team performance against a $20K MRR team quotaFoster a high-performance, metrics-driven sales cultureCoach reps on deal strategy, pipeline management, and closing techniquesEnsure consistent execution of monthly or quarterly sales cadencesPartner with leadership to scale processes and improve conversion ratesMaintain a strong understanding of mid-market SaaS sales dynamicsWhat We’re Looking ForSales & Deal ExperienceExperience closing deals with $50K–$100K ACVProven success managing short sales cycles (1–3 months preferred)Background in high-velocity sales environments (fast pipeline movement)Leadership ExperienceMinimum 1+ year of people management experienceProven ability to coach and develop 3–4 quota-carrying repsStrong track record of driving team quota attainmentSales Motion RequirementsExperience operating in monthly or quarterly quota cycles(Annual-only quota experience will not be considered)Compensation & GrowthOTE Range: $240K – $270KBase Salary Range: $110K – $125K (based on experience)Clear career progression with multiple leadership levelsHigh earning potential — top performers can exceed $300K+ OTEOpportunity to lead high-growth, high-performing teamsAdditional NotesThis is a performance-driven environment with strong expectations around velocity and executionLimited flexibility on compensation structure, but alignment is based on experienceNo relocation support providedWhy Join UsFast-growing, high-impact sales organizationStrong emphasis on coaching, development, and internal growthOpportunity to lead a team in a proven, revenue-generating model
