Apply via Dice today!Title:Project Manager - Hybrid, In Person InterviewLocation:Richmond, VALength:Long termRestriction:w2 or c2cDescription:Mode of Interview :- Inperson interview(Face to Face) *** Long term project ***Linkedin Must*** Hybrid (3days per week Onsite ) at Richmond-VA ***Local to MI Candidates Prederred***Job Description:- The Project Manager will manage all tasks and aspects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure they are completed on time and within scope and budget.Define, document, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.Develop project charter and work plan, tracking budget and schedule progress via appropriate metrics.Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management artifacts (including but not limited to risk assessments, project charter, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrix, communication plan, project schedule, status reports).Ensure applicable project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.Manage projects within the larger VITA procurement and project management governance processes.Provide requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation as needed.Provide oversight to ensure projects are implemented according to the operational and financial needs of the Agency.Create and implement a communication plan.Ensure relevant staff are informed of upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities.Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of risks/issues and removal of barriers.Performs financial and administrative functions to ensure successful execution of projects.Prepare financial or budget plans and allocation along with the planning and finance department in accordance with each requirement.Provides detailed reports to stakeholders and agency management with respect to the status of the project and expenditures.Facilitates project conference calls, status meetings, planning sessions, and provide for meeting notes.Be a consultant to stakeholders and communicate project status throughout the project lifecycle.Additional required job duties as assigned.Skills/Requirements:-Project Planning/Execution/Reporting/Closing Required 4 Years Problem Resolution/Critical Thinking Required 4 Years Leading Workgroups Required 4 Years Defining Schedules/Milestones Required 4 Years Large System Implementation Required 4 Years Experience with Agile & Waterfall Methodologies Required 4 Years Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Required 4 Years MS Office 365/MS Project Required 4 Years MS Azure DevOps 2 Years PMP Certification 3 Years Experience with VITA Procurement processes/regulations 3 Years Experience with VITA PMD project standards/requirements - including VITA PMD QR 3 Years Requirements Elicitation/Documentation/Analysis 3 Years Systems/Integration/UAT Testing - including planning, execution, resolution, reporting 3 Years
