This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the benefits function, working with employees, and partnering with vendors to ensure a smooth and positive benefits experience. Key Responsibilities:Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and related plansManage monthly benefit billing, reconciliations, and reportingSupport annual open enrollment process from start to finishWork directly with benefit providers and brokers to resolve issues and improve serviceHandle COBRA administration, Workers?
