Position:Engineering Manager IIIJob Description:We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a small team of mechanical engineers while actively contributing to mechanical design and manufacturing engineering efforts. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys balancing people management with direct engineering work.What You'll Be Doing:Lead and develop a small team of mechanical engineers supporting product design and electromechanical assemblyAct as a working manager, performing hands-on mechanical design and engineeringDrive design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA) across injection molded, sheet metal, machined, and cast componentsDevelop should-cost models and partner with supply chain and non-franchised buyers to support supplier negotiationsApply industrial and manufacturing engineering principles to support in-house production line developmentSupport electromechanical integration, prototyping, and production troubleshootingEnsure disciplined use of PLM systems, revision control, and engineering change managementWhat We Are Looking For:10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including leadership or management responsibilitiesBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldStrong hands-on mechanical design backgroundSolid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost driversExperience working with suppliers, sourcing, and cost optimizationWorking knowledge of PLM systems, revision control, and change control processesPlease note we are not able to sponsor candidates for this position.Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule - preferred locations are Phoenix Sky Harbor Office or Denver Panorama OfficeWhat's In It For You :At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
