This role is focused on the project delivery within the Fixed Income Clearing Corp (FICC) product domain.Your Primary ResponsibilitiesWork with scrum masters to ensure squads are operating efficiently and making changes to resolve inefficiencies and remove impediments as neededCoordinate and support software deploymentsOrganize annual portfolio budget planning and Book of Work (BoW) creationTrack delivery metrics and align with scrum masters and tech leads on mitigation plans for areas where we are seeing issuesEnsure resource plans and time tracking is accurate and up to dateSupport the management of risks, issues, and dependencies across other functions and departmentsProvide required reporting for steering committees, Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) framework, and operational readinessSupport project change control processEnsure new initiative and project setupEnsure portfolio and project finances (budget, actuals, and forecasts) are accurate and understoodAlign with and support Financial Planning and Analysis and New Initiatives Offices teamsEnsure Agile Best Practices are being follow (e.g., JIRA Hygiene, DPO, Dashboard Adoption)Review, align, and communicate project objectives and key results (OKRs)Ensure Squad Metrics are being reported and actions upon.QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success10+ years of experience in governance, transformation, and program management, business transformationStrong finance acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully driving large-scale transformation initiatives.Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive change.Knowledge of DTCC's businesses and capital markets domains.The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
