Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple IT development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Oversee the software development lifecycle, optimizing processes for efficiency and quality
Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing large-scale software development initiatives
Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms and enterprise-level application development
Strong leadership skills with a focus on building high-performing teams
