Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist
Technical Support / Network Manager Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), TX (Onsite)Work Authorization: Must be eligible for the security clearanceKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day IT operations, including help desk, network support, and infrastructure reliability across the DFW environmentDesign, implement, and support enterprise network solutions (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs) aligned with Cisco best practices (CCNP-level)Oversee network security posture, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability managementProvide hands-on technical support and escalation for complex issues across servers, networks, and end-user systemsManage and mentor IT support staff, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous skill developmentMonitor system performance, uptime, and security events; proactively identify and resolve risks before impactAdminister and optimize Microsoft environments (Active Directory, O365, Azure AD, Group Policy)Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and telecom servicesLead IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements within budget and timelineEnsure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation and audit readinessRequirementsCCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) required; security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, or CCNP Security) strongly preferred7+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management roleStrong expertise in Cisco networking, firewalls (e.g., ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto), and network security principlesExperience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)Must be based inDFW, TX and work onsiteMust be a U.S. Citizen
