Responsibilities Include:Culture Transformation & Organizational Leadership: Lead long-term culture initiatives, partnering with leadership to strengthen values, trust, communication, and employee engagement across the organizationTalent Management & Workforce Development: Build strong talent pipelines and drive succession planning, leadership development, and training programs to enhance performance and service excellence Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace through proactive employee relations, engagement strategies, and recognition programsHR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, labor laws, and international policies in a highly regulated environmentStrategic Planning & Business Partnerships: Partner with leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals, using data-driven insights to improve performance and workforce effectivenessRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, organizational development, or related field; master's degree preferred• 7+ years of director level HR leadership experience in the casino, hospitality, entertainment, or 24/7 service environments• HR Certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are preferred• Proven experience driving culture transformation, change management, and organizational development initiatives Work Environment:• Casino environment with exposure to noise, crowds, and 24/7 operation• Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays• Must obtain and maintain a valid Iowa gaming license Step into a role where your leadership defines the experience - apply today and help shape what's next.
