Paid Media Specialist

Location: 3 days a week onsite Woodbridge, NJ This is a mid to senior level role reporting directly to the CEO. A smaller company, looking for someone to lead multi-million-dollar Google Ads campaigns. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. Paid Media Specialist, Google Ads We’re working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization in the consumer services space that has scaled rapidly over the past several years. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact paid media function, with a focus on building and scaling a significant Google Ads program from an early stage.This role is well-suited for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives on developing and optimizing data-driven campaigns with a strong emphasis on lead generation. Ideal candidates will have experience managing Google Ads programs in regulated or high-consideration industries such as financial services, home services, or other similar verticals.What You’ll DoBuild, structure, and scale a large-budget Google Ads program, owning both strategy and executionDrive lead generation through ongoing optimization of bidding strategies, keyword segmentation, audience targeting, and testing initiativesPartner cross-functionally to improve landing pages and conversion flows, increasing overall campaign efficiencyAnalyze performance data, develop reporting, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to expand into additional paid channels (e.g., paid social, programmatic) over timeStay ahead of platform updates and emerging features, applying new tools and automation capabilities to improve performanceWhat We’re Looking For3-5 years demonstrated experience managing and growing Google Ads campaigns in performance-driven environmentsStrong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding methodologies, and testing frameworksFamiliarity with automation and machine learning features within paid media platformsExperience collaborating on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvementsProficiency in analytics and tracking tools, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insightsComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on executionStrong communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights clearly to non-technical stakeholdersWhy This RoleOpportunity to take full ownership of a high-visibility paid media functionDirect exposure to senior leadership and ability to influence growth strategyFlexible hybrid work structure
