Job Title: MS Teams Expert TrainerRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Trainer to support a large global biotech organization in transitioning from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. The trainer will deliver engaging live training sessions, provide office-hour support, and collaborate with internal teams to create learning materials.Key Responsibilities:Conduct live, interactive Microsoft Teams training sessions (virtual, in-person style).Support employees during the transition through Q&A and office hours.Allow recording of sessions for future reference.Collaborate with internal content/media teams to develop job aids (e.g., quick reference guides, short how-to videos).Requirements: Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams (end-user adoption & training).Strong facilitation and presentation skills.Experience delivering remote/live training to large groups.Ability to create easy-to-understand user guides and training content.Engagement Model: Flexible (per-session fee, hourly rate, or package-based).Combination of training sessions, office-hour availability, and collateral development.
