Our in-house marketing team provides a steady flow of qualified prospects ready to enroll.What You’ll DoHandle 100% inbound calls from pre-qualified seniorsSell Medicare Advantage plans and Hospital Indemnity productsEducate clients on coverage options and guide them through enrollmentMaintain compliance while closing deals efficientlyMeet and exceed weekly sales targetsWhat We Provide$20/hour base pay (based on experience) High, performance-based commissionsTop agents consistently earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week$50 bonus per closed dealInbound calls only — no cold calling everFull-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (occasional Saturdays)1-hour lunch break100% Remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.Continuous support, coaching, and growth opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForActive Health Insurance License (multi-state preferred)Experience with Medicare Advantage is requiredStrong experience selling Hospital Indemnity plans is REQUIREDProven closer with strong communication skillsCoachable, disciplined, and performance-drivenTech-ready:PC/Laptop (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum)Wired internet connectionUSB headset
