Success in this position means quickly delivering qualified contractors and trades talent to meet project timelines and workforce demands. The Recruiter plays a critical role in keeping field operations fully staffed and on schedule.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSource, screen, and qualify candidates for construction roles including contractors, foremen, carpenters, and related skilled tradesManage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer coordination for short-term project needsConduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain candidate pipelines for high-demand construction positionsEnsure timely communication with candidates regarding onboarding steps and start datesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years of experience recruiting for construction industry roles (contractors, foremen, carpenters, skilled trades)Experience supporting high-volume or project-based hiringStrong communication and organizational skillsCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMSApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Job boards and candidate sourcing platformsMicrosoft Office or Google WorkspacePREFERRED SKILLSExperience recruiting for multi-site or field-based operationsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to start immediatelyLEGAL NOTICEThis position requires an in-person interview, a background check (criminal record, education, and employment verification), drug screen, and clerical testing prior to employment.By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
