Colorado Licensed Program Development Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of inpatient quality improvement initiatives related to stroke Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical guidelines and process improvement methodologies Guide QI staff in data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience, preferably in a healthcare field 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care, clinical quality improvement, or hospital operations Experience implementing evidence-based guidelines or performance improvement programs Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows, particularly for stroke care Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
