Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingBonus based on performanceCompetitive salaryDental insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWe're looking for a Videographer & Content Producer to help bring the Absolute Recomp brand to life.This role is responsible for capturing the intensity, culture, and energy that makes our gyms different, from gym footage and member stories to product highlights, apparel drops, events, and behind-the-scenes content.You'll work directly with leadership to create content that feels elevated, cinematic, and unmistakably AR.This is an on-site role based out of HQ and our clubs.What You'll DoFilm content at club locations, HQ, events, and activationsCapture cinematic footage of workouts, equipment, members, and brand momentsEdit short-form video content for:Instagram ReelsTikTokYouTube ShortsInternal brand/promotional contentCreate polished recap videos for launches, events, and community initiativesWork from creative briefs—but also identify opportunities to capture compelling content on your ownAssist with basic photo capture when neededOrganize footage, maintain media files, and ensure quick turnaround on editsHelp maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the AR brandWhat We're Looking For1–3+ years of videography/content production experienceStrong eye for framing, lighting, and storytellingExperience with:Adobe Premiere ProAdobe After Effects (preferred)Adobe Lightroom / basic photo editingComfortable filming in fast-paced environmentsAble to shoot, edit, and deliver content quicklySelf-starter mentality, someone who sees a moment and captures itPortfolio requiredBonus PointsFitness/gym lifestyle content experienceDrone footage experienceMotion graphics / text overlaysExperience shooting apparel/product contentWhy Join ARAt Absolute Recomp, we're building more than gyms; we're building a movement.If you know how to make moments feel larger than life through video, we want to meet you!
