This role ensures brand consistency, visibility, and compliance across all digital, social, print, and community facing platforms.Healthcare marketing experience is required. Experience supporting a healthcare group or multi location organization is strongly preferred.Role Overview: This role owns the organization's brand identity, digital footprint, content standards, and external marketing presence, ensuring high quality, compliant, and consistent representation across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead brand strategy, brand identity development, and rebranding initiativesBuild, manage, and optimize corporate websites with a focus on usability, SEO, and search visibilityGrow and manage social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and consistencyOversee online presence including Google search visibility, reputation management, and review optimizationDevelop printed marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and corporate collateralEstablish and enforce brand governance, including content standards, visual guidelines, and approved messagingTrain and guide facility teams on compliant content creation, including photography, video, lighting, sound quality, and appropriate usageProvide clear guidance on what content is permitted, restricted, and prohibited in accordance with healthcare compliance requirementsDrive participation across facilities by creating content ideas, campaigns, and engagement initiativesEnsure all marketing content and digital activity complies with HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare regulationsMonitor performance metrics related to web traffic, search visibility, and brand engagementPartner with leadership to align brand and marketing initiatives with organizational goalsQualifications:Proven healthcare marketing experience requiredStrong understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare compliance as it relates to marketing, content, and digital platformsExperience working with healthcare groups or multi location organizations preferredHands on experience with photography, video content, and digital media quality standardsDemonstrated ability to build brand consistency through guidelines and trainingExperience enabling non marketing teams to participate in content creation effectivelyAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands on executionStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsWhy Join Us: This role offers ownership over brand direction, content standards, and public presence across Florida.
