Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Star, ID. The role involves supporting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in implementing treatment plans, assisting with speech therapy sessions, and monitoring client progress. Additional responsibilities include preparing therapy materials, documenting client activities, and maintaining a professional and positive environment to help clients achieve their communication goals. Qualifications Proficiency in speech therapy techniques and understanding of articulation and communication disordersStrong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, particularly in working with individuals with diverse needsAbility to follow treatment plans, maintain detailed progress records, and prepare therapy materialsCompassionate, patient-centered approach and ability to work collaboratively as part of a therapeutic teamCompletion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalentCurrent licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in the state of IdahoPrior experience in a similar role or related field is a plusAbility to adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality
