Senior Analyst Position The role is more at a senior analyst level, ideally looking for someone with 2 years of experience in the region. Cole is targeting a base pay of around 100k and the bonus will be in that 50% region. Ideally, almost a prerequisite is someone based in Nashville. That's the office he operates from. The company is owned by Ares (300 bil PE firm). Cole was hired to build out this practice and it seems he has a lot of compensation that will materialize in that 5 year period mark. The company acquires other 1-10 person cardiology practices, takes care of the running of the business, charges a management fee of 30% I believe, offers these practices equity in the company, and purchases a stake in the revenue of these practices using MSO model. The role will entail a lot of financial analysis, financial modeling, erm data and looking at big data sets. Someone with strong excel skills is key. Profiles they will hire are a big 4 deals person, valuations backgrounds, other IB profiles, etc. He's very open, he described it as another Jake Kimpler type person. They are looking to build a national platform. Anyone with industry experience is a big plus and not at all required at this level. No J/D available, I will help him with such.
