You want a firm with breadth: securitization, project finance, syndicated loans, public bonds, and real estate finance all under one roof. You're academically strong, easy to work with, and ready to grow.What You'll DoAdvise on and document syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactionsSupport deal teams across five finance practice groups: securitization, renewable energy project finance, syndicated loans, public bonds, and real estate financeDraft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and ancillary transaction materialsConduct due diligence and manage transaction closing processesDevelop client relationships and contribute to a nationally ranked finance practiceWhat We're Looking For1–7 years of transactional finance experience at a law firm (required)Solid working knowledge of syndicated lending and leveraged finance structuresStrong academic record and polished interpersonal skillsActive NC or SC or GA bar license (or willingness to obtain GA bar for remote candidates)IMPORTANT TO KNOWCharlotte range: $190K–$340K (1st–7th year). Charleston range: $155K–$280K.
