Automotive Mechanic B Level 8138L

The Auto Mechanic is responsible for all levels of services, services including brakes, rotors, alignments, diagnostics, oil change, transmission, differential, cooling system maintenance, repairing and replacing tires and additional services (e.g. wiper blades, air filters, etc.). He/she communicates with customers, educating them on necessary preventive vehicle maintenance. Additional duties may include courtesy services, and tire repair and replacement services. The pay listed is a range for hourly plus commission. Responsibilities include but aren't limited too: · Performing preventive maintenance on fluid services equipment · Explaining our company programs, services and pricing structure to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased revenues · Attending training sessions that are applicable to the career path and position requirements · Following appropriate safety procedures and notifying the Shop Manager of safety hazards or needed equipment repairs Requirements: · Commitment to excellence at all levels of service · Automotive and retail experience · Good communication skills and upbeat personality Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Automotive Mechanic with Tools: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) ASE preferred (Preferred) Work Location: In person
