We continue to lead the way in providing a diverse range of services, driven by technological advancements.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Livonia, MI. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and training and development. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals, maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. The role requires collaboration with various teams to foster a positive workplace culture and support the growth and development of employees.QualificationsHuman resources management experience, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations managementStrong understanding of compliance, labor laws, and benefits administrationProficiency in HR software, data management systems, and relevant technologyExceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus)Previous experience in the construction or heavy civil industry is advantageous but not required
