ECVC Associate Attorney

A highly reputable client is seeking a talented mid-to-senior level attorney to join a dynamic corporate practice focused on technology-driven businesses. The ideal candidate will bring experience collaborating with deal teams as well as independently leading significant aspects of complex transactions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background advising technology companies across a wide spectrum of corporate and transactional work. This includes involvement in venture capital financings at various stages, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions involving both privately held and publicly traded companies. This role will be based out of New York or Boston. Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent technology and growth‑oriented companies in a wide range of corporate and transactional mattersAdvise on early‑ and late‑stage venture capital and growth equity financingsAssist with and manage significant aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactionsSupport private and public company offerings and related securities mattersCollaborate closely with partners, associates, and clients to efficiently structure and execute transactionsIndependently manage discrete workstreams and deal components while contributing to larger teamsQualifications & ExperienceJuris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials3+ years of relevant corporate and transactional experience, preferably in an AmLaw firm, specialized boutique firm, or comparable environmentExperience representing technology companies, emerging companies, founders, or investorsDemonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex mattersStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline‑driven environmentActive bar admission in New York, or eligibility to obtain admission promptlyA representative deal sheet will be requiredWhy JoinWork with cutting‑edge technology companies across diverse industries and stagesDirect client interaction and meaningful responsibility early in your roleA collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values initiative and professional growthExposure to sophisticated, high‑profile transactionsClear pathways for skill development, mentorship, and career advancement (multiple avenues to choose)
