Document Control Analyst II

Riverpoint Medical in Portland Oregon is looking to hire a Document Control Analyst II. At Riverpoint you will be part of the process that brings great technology to Medical, Dental and Veterinary markets. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of premium medical devices. Our ingenuity can be found in our suture technologies, sports medicine fibers and anchors, surgical lighting, and special needle technologies. The Riverpoint Medical Document Control Analyst II will work within the quality system. They will be responsible for maintaining quality system SOPs, work instructions, forms and records as part of the product lifecycle management system.Duties and Responsibilities:Facilitate the change management system through document change controlCopy, scan, and store documentationFile documentation in physical and digital storage locationsCreate documentation templates for future useRetrieve files as requested by employees, customers and external regulatorsFacilitate the change management process of quality system related documentation within the organizationMaintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreementMay create and file employee training recordsMay perform duties related to sterile lot release including record review to verify conformance to established requirements and data logger reviewPerform moisture testing to support product performance studies or investigationsMay include other duties as assignedEducation and Qualifications: Proficient typing and editing skillsData organization skills and attention to detailComputer skills, including Word and ExcelGood technical writing skillsHigh School Diploma, Associate , Bachelor Degree or relevant field preferredWe offer great benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision, Life and Accidental Death Insurance; 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting, Paid Time Off and 9 company paid holidays referral and annual bonus.Riverpoint Medical is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
