We bring our Purpose of Packaging a Better Future to life by producing and distributing high-quality products many made with recyclable or renewable materials to food and beverage manufacturers, packers and processors, supermarkets, restaurants, foodservice outlets and other institutions.ResponsibilitiesTraining ProvidedAs a Machine Operator you will be trained to:Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environmentPerform quality measurements following SPC guidelinesInterpret data and make necessary machine adjustments within the process control limitationsOperate and adjust machines within processIdentify and troubleshoot needed repairs of machineryGenerate breakdown work orders and document other related downtimesWork closely with process technician and other support staff to assure maximum quality levels and machine up time.Other duties as necessarySteel-toed or composite shoes are requiredQualificationsBasic computer skillsADA Essential Functions:Must be able to:Work a 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periodsClimbAmbulate independentlyHeed safety warnings, devices and alarmsCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writingLift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.
