Lead Carpenter (Large Scale Renovations and Additions)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Duties: - Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, windows, drywall installation, blueprint reading, door hanging, trim carpentry, and tile. - Interpret blueprints and follow specifications to complete projects accurately. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role. - Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools. - Strong knowledge of framing, drywall installation, door & window installation, and trim carpentry. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. - Valid driver's license.
