This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer who thrives on variety and enjoys working on challenging projects that span multiple industries.You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering high-impact results for clients-including Fortune 500 companies.What You'll Be DoingAs an electrical engineer at ADF, you'll work closely with other engineers and designers to develop creative, efficient, and safe electrical designs for a wide range of industrial projects.Your responsibilities will include:Lead the electrical design for low-voltage (600V and below) power distribution systems.Develop one-line diagrams, lighting layouts, and specify MCCs, switchgear, and distribution panels.Apply NFPA 70E, NEC, and local/state codes to meet the highest safety and design standards.Conduct short circuit, arc flash, coordination, and load studies using industrystandard software (e.g., SKM, EasyPower).Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to solve engineering challengesCollaborate with clients during design, construction, and commissioning phasesoccasional travel required ( Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and best practicesContribute to project planning, estimating, and scheduling efforts.What We're Looking ForMandatory Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineeringMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineeringActive Professional Engineer (PE) licensePreferred Qualifications: Experience in industrial settings such as agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, or biofuelsPrior experience with a consulting/design firmWhat You'll Need to Succeed Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumenAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional resultsAttention to detail and a passion for qualityWhat We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience ($120,000 to $140,000)Annual bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance401(k) with company match + profit-sharingEducational assistance and training opportunitiesA culture that invests in your growth and values your contributionsReady to Make an Impact?We make applying simple and mobile-friendly.
