Director of ProcurementA large-scale, diversified enterprise organization is seeking a strategic and transformational procurement leader to oversee and elevate its enterprise-wide procurement function.This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity responsible for driving sourcing strategy, vendor partnerships, purchasing operations, and procurement modernization across a complex, multi-entity organization. The Director of Procurement will serve as a key member of the organization’s Strategic Leadership Team and help shape long-term operational and financial strategy.The organization is seeking a commercially minded leader capable of operating at both a strategic and operational level within a fast-paced, highly visible environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide procurement and sourcing operations across multiple business units and departmentsDevelop and execute long-term procurement strategies aligned with organizational growth initiativesBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing procurement and purchasing teamOversee strategic sourcing initiatives, vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier performanceIdentify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiency, and process improvementPartner closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders on enterprise initiatives and capital projectsEstablish procurement KPIs, governance standards, reporting structures, and best practicesEvaluate and improve procurement systems, workflows, policies, and technology utilizationLead complex negotiations and manage critical supplier relationships across the organizationEnsure procurement operations remain compliant with internal standards and applicable regulationsQualifications10+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing leadership experiencePrior experience leading procurement within a large, complex organizationStrong executive presence with experience interfacing directly with senior leadership teamsProven track record driving strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement transformationExperience building and developing procurement teams and organizational structureStrong analytical, financial, and operational acumenBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferredPreferred BackgroundExperience within hospitality, entertainment, gaming, retail, food & beverage, manufacturing, or other high-volume operational environments is highly attractive.This is a confidential executive search offering substantial visibility, strategic influence, and long-term leadership opportunity within one of the region’s most dynamic organizations.
