System Software Programmer

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Software Programmer to support modernization efforts for critical systems at an agency in SC. This role focuses on full-stack development using .NET and Angular to modernize systems. You’ll play a key role in building scalable applications, supporting integrations, and implementing DevOps practices in a highly regulated environment. This is an onsite role in Columbia, SC, with some limited remote flexibility after onboarding. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#) and Angular. Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services. Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and integrations. Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices. Modernize legacy systems and refactor code for performance and scalability. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver technical solutions. Support system integrations, reporting (Power BI), and data integrity efforts. Participate in testing, deployments, and ongoing system support. Maintain technical documentation and follow security/compliance standards. What You’ll Need Full-stack development experience (.NET / Angular). Strong experience with REST APIs and backend development (ASP.NET Core). Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, and query optimization. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Solid understanding of SDLC, testing, and secure coding practices. Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA or similar preferred). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. #IND1
