A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - ICU/n/nJob Details:/n• Part-time position with every other weekend requirement/n• Must have willingness to float to other campus ICU units (Bucyrus & Galion) if census drops to maintain hours/n• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers/n• Minimum 2 years of recent/consecutive ICU experience in hospital/acute care setting required/n• Typical staffing ratios are 3:1/n• Must make up all missed shifts/n• If scheduled to work during requested time off weekend, traveler must find coverage/n• If placed on-call, must return to facility within 1 hour when called/n• Time off requests limited to no more than 7 days/n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS/n• Knowledge of medication scanning required/n• Epic experience preferred/n• Valid state license required - pending licenses not accepted/n• Must complete up to 8 hours of non-billable modules pre-start through HealthStream/n• Smoke-free facility and campus/n• Required skills include: management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, suctioning, and isolation precautions/PPE/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare organization operates a multi-campus system with ICU units providing critical care services across three locations.
