What You’ll Do
Lead the end‑to‑end integration of hardware subsystems, ensuring seamless interoperability between electrical, mechanical, and material components
Develop, refine, and optimize specialized manufacturing and assembly processes
Perform FEA simulations and engineering analyses to guide system architecture, fluid dynamics, structural design, and operational performance
Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate material durability, process repeatability, and overall system performance
Design, assemble, and wire electro‑mechanical test fixtures and data acquisition systems to evaluate prototype functionalityTranslate high‑level technical objectives into practical hardware solutions
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Hands‑on experience integrating complex hardware systems involving mechanical, electrical, and material interfaces
Proven success building, scaling, and transitioning laboratory‑scale assemblies into functional prototypes
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent and experience utilizing FEA tools for design optimization
Mechanical aptitude for designing, building, troubleshooting, and testing sophisticated hardware systems
Working knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals as applied to hardware integration and system validation
Exceptional problem‑solving skills with the ability to rapidly learn, master, and document specialized technical processes
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative engineering environment
