The pharmaceutical industry continues to expand creating new job opportunities within our company. Summary We are currently looking for a Line Lead. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly within your manufacturing team. Your primary goal will be to control quality and productivity on assigned lines. Your position will also include directing, coaching, training and assisting production associates in a factory setting. 4 Day work week, 1st~M-Th(6:30 am-5pm) Responsibilities Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will oversee and ensure production lines are maintaining production goals while meeting quality standards Set up the production line and check equipment before beginning production Delegate production line responsibilities at the beginning of each shift Train workers on their assigned stations within the line while enforcing company policies and guidelines Give Production Associates recognition and feedback throughout the shift Assist Production Associates when necessary Communicate with maintenance team when machine issues arise Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers Skills and Qualifications Previous Line Lead experience Excellent coaching and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot issues Team-oriented Commitment to following company policies and guidelines Able to deal with complex situations in a fast-paced setting Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift Day shift Night shift Overtime Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
