Domain skill - Video Encoding (mandatory), Video StreamingTeam size : 1 or 2 reportee at onsite & 10+ reportee from nearshore/offshoreKey Deliverables : Solutioning, AI adoption, Client liasoning, Requirements, Analysis & Design, Solutioning using AI technologies (Claude), Development (using Claude), Process optimisations & automations, Offshore team co-ordination, team buildings, maintain/ improvise team culture etc.
