Customer Service Representative

Akkodis is seeking a RMA Customer Service Representative for a Contract job with a client in Carson, CA. The client is Ideally looking for RMA / Returns Operations Specialist who can manage return cases like a business process owner while keeping customers satisfied and supporting internal sales/operations teams.Rate Range: $22/hour to $23/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate and process customer RMA requests from initiation to closure.• Verify product eligibility, warranty status, and return conditions.• Issue RMA numbers, track return shipments, and ensure accurate documentation.• Monitor RMA progress and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely evaluation, replacement, or credit issuance.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding returns, replacements, and product concerns.• Provide clear communication on RMA status, timelines, and next steps.• Maintain a customer-first approach to strengthen trust and satisfaction.Required Qualifications• Strong communication and customer service skills.• Experience with CRM/ERP systems.• Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and urgency.• Knowledge of warranty policies, product lifecycle, and logistics workflows.• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Desired• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or RMA processing If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
