Operating with the flexibility of a small firm, but with a big reach, Method is a full-service architecture firm specializing in tenant finish and ground-up projects encompassing public, corporate, industrial, breweries/distilleries and retail.Job OverviewOur project managers work on every phase of building design projects including programming, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Project managers also have exposure to the business side of architecture including proposal writing and project financial tracking.Job Responsibilities:Programming, Schematic Design, and Design DevelopmentConstruction DocumentsConstruction AdministrationFinishes Selection3D RenderingsConference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractorsExpected to lead client presentationsExpected to be an active participant at all networking eventsExpected to provide mentorship to other team members as neededExpected to work closely with other members of the team including delegation to team members earlier in their careerRequirements Skills and Abilities:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Proficient in Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3d rendering/visualization softwareExperience with AI (ex. CoPilot, Chat GPT, etc), Teams, and Planner a plusExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamAble to multitask and balance multiple projectsWork Experience:5-8 years of relevant work experience Formal Education:Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field Licenses/Certifications: None requiredLicensed Architect or on the path to becoming licensed preferredThis information is to be treated as an overview of the position and not all encompassing of the role.
