The Director will oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across various therapy disciplines. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating patient care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the professional development of the rehabilitation team. The role also involves liaising with patients and their families to ensure optimal care and outcomes.QualificationsExperience and expertise in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical TherapyProficiency in Rehabilitation practices and knowledge of related medical conceptsStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to patient-centered care and achieving exceptional rehabilitation outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including collaboration with patients, families, and team membersHolds applicable licenses or certifications in relevant therapy disciplines (Occupational, Speech, or Physical Therapy)Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plusMaster's degree or higher in a related field preferred
