Concrete Finisher

We are currently hiring Concrete Finishers for projects in West Memphis, AR and the Memphis, TN area. This role requires experience with forming, tying rebar, and finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results. Epoxy experience a plus! This position is 40+ hours a week with Pay up to $25 DOE. If you have concrete finishing experience, apply now!Concrete Finisher Responsibilities:Set and align forms to the desired ed shape and gradePrep surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper form placementTie rebar and assist with reinforcing concrete structuresAssist with mixing, pouring, placing, and leveling concreteSmooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds)Perform edging, joint cutting, and curing of concreteApply curing compounds and surface treatments to protect and enhance concreteEnsure finished work meets quality standards, specifications, and local codesRead and interpret blueprints and project specificationsWork collaboratively with team members and other trades to meet deadlinesMaintain a clean and safe job siteConcrete Finisher Qualifications:1+ years of concrete finishing experience (commercial preferred)Must be able to form, finish, and tie rebarExperience with pouring, finishing, floating, and edging concreteKnowledge of concrete materials, methods, and curing processesAbility to read blueprints and follow specificationsEpoxy flooring experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusValid Driver's License and reliable transportationMust have your own hand and basic power toolsBenefits:Weekly payReferral programPaid time off and holiday payMedical, vision, and dental insurance401(k)
